Terms of use

Label Ninja makes printable label PDFs and resizes shipping labels for thermal printers. These short terms cover using the tools, optional accounts and what you print.

The short version

  • Every tool is free. There is no paid plan and we never ask for card details.
  • Accounts are optional. Downloading PDFs from the studio needs a free account; the 4×6 converter needs none.
  • The site may earn commissions from optional shopping links and may show ads to cover its costs.
  • You are responsible for what you print and for testing a label before a full run.
  • The tools come as is, with no warranty that every printer and stock will work.

1. Free to use

All Label Ninja tools are free. There is no paid plan or subscription, and we never ask for card details. There is no quota on how many PDFs you make. Optional affiliate shopping links may earn us a commission. The site may also show ads, as described in the privacy policy.

2. Optional accounts

The shipping label to 4×6 converter works without an account. Downloading PDFs from the label studio, saving projects and keeping recent exports need a free account. Keep your password private and do not share an account to get around safeguards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

3. Fair use and technical limits

To keep the service working for everyone, a single PDF holds up to 200 labels, file-size and image limits apply, and requests are rate-limited. These are technical safeguards, not a paid tier. Do not use automated tools to overload the service, interfere with other users, or bypass the safeguards.

4. Your labels

Use content you own or have permission to print, and do not use the service for unlawful content. You are responsible for label content, marketplace requirements, printer settings and checking that barcodes scan. Print and scan a test label before a full run.

Label Ninja does not sell, create or modify postage, and does not issue Amazon or other marketplace identifiers. The shipping label to 4×6 tool only crops a file you already have; you remain responsible for using each shipping label as the carrier allows.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided as is, without warranty. We aim for accurate page sizes and readable barcodes but cannot guarantee results on every printer and stock. To the extent the law allows, Label Ninja is not liable for lost labels, postage or shipments. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

6. Files and support

Exported PDFs may be kept for up to seven days for signed-in users, then deleted. Save important PDFs on your own device. For support or account deletion, email chris@bisket.com. Do not include passwords in your message.
