Your free allowance

You get 10 PDF batches total per account, with no credit card required. One successfully generated PDF uses one batch, even if it contains 200 labels. The allowance does not reset each month. Failed exports do not use a batch. Re-downloading an available PDF or printing a file you already downloaded does not use another batch.

Using the free allowance does not enroll you in a paid subscription. You must choose Pro and complete Stripe Checkout to subscribe.

Pro billing and cancellation

Pro costs $9.99 USD per month and renews each month until you cancel. Pro removes the monthly batch quota while your paid access is active. Stripe shows the amount due before you confirm payment.

To cancel, sign in and open Account & billing, choose Manage billing, and cancel the subscription in Stripe's portal. Check the cancellation confirmation and end date. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge. Access continues through the period you have paid for; cancellation does not restore used free batches.

For billing errors or refund requests, email chris@bisket.com from your account email. Include the invoice reference, never your card number. Refund requests require review. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Service limits and your labels

Both plans support up to 200 labels per PDF batch and 30 export requests per hour per account. File-size and image limits also apply. These safeguards apply to Pro as well as Free.

Use content you own or have permission to print. Do not use the service for unlawful content, interfere with other accounts, or evade usage safeguards. Keep your password private.

You are responsible for label content, marketplace requirements, printer settings, and verifying barcode readability. Print and scan a test label before a full run. Label Ninja does not sell postage or issue Amazon identifiers.

Files, privacy, and support

PDF downloads remain available for up to seven days. Save important PDFs on your own device. Saved projects remain in your account until you delete them; an unsaved design may be lost when you close the tab.

The Privacy policy explains account data and third-party services. For support or account deletion, contact chris@bisket.com. Cancel any paid subscription before requesting account deletion. Do not include passwords or payment details in your message.
